DocuSign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) reported Q1 EPS of $0.12, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $297 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.12 million.

GUIDANCE:

DocuSign Inc. sees Q2 2021 revenue of $316-320 million, versus the consensus of $302.98 million.

DocuSign Inc. sees FY2021 revenue of $1.313-1.317 billion, versus the consensus of $1.26 billion.
