Zscaler (ZS) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c, Q4 Guidance Beats

Zscaler (NASDAQ: ZS) reported Q3 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $106.3 million.

GUIDANCE:

Zscaler sees Q4 2020 EPS of $0.02-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.01. Zscaler sees Q4 2020 revenue of $117-119 million, versus the consensus of $114.3 million.

Separately, the company announced that it acquired Edgewise Networks.
