Ryder System (NYSE: R) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 19, 2020, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
