Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: KPTI), an oncology-focused pharmaceutical company, today announced the commencement of a registered underwritten public offering of $150 million in shares of its common stock. In addition, Karyopharm also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $22.5 million in shares of its common stock.
J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
An automatically effective shelf registration statement relating to the shares of common stock offered in the public offering described above was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 26, 2020.
