Bladex Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment For Fourth Quarter 2019

PANAMA CITY, Feb. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. ("Bladex" or the "Bank"), announced today its Board of Directors' approval of a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.385 per share corresponding to the fourth quarter 2019.  

The cash dividend is payable March 12, 2020 to the Bank's stockholders as of February 26, 2020 record date.

As of December 31, 2019, Bladex had 39,602,276.73 shares outstanding of all classes.
