Evercore Partners (NYSE: EVR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.58 per share, or $2.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 13, 2020, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of February 27, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
