Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c, Offers Q1 and FY Guidance

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.46. Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $7.4 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise sees Q1 2020 EPS of $0.42-$0.46, versus the consensus of $0.42.

• Estimates GAAP diluted net earnings per share to be in the range of $0.20 to $0.24 and non-GAAP diluted net EPS to be in the range of $0.42 to $0.46

Hewlett Packard Enterprise sees FY2020 EPS of $1.78-$1.94, versus the consensus of $1.85.

• Maintains GAAP diluted net earnings per share outlook of $1.01 to $1.17 and non-GAAP diluted net earnings per share outlook of $1.78 to $1.94
• Fiscal 2020 free cash flow1: Reiterates free cash flow guidance of $1.9 to $2.1 billion
