LVMH is near a deal to acquire Tiffany & Co. (NYSE: TIF) for $135 per share, or approximately $16.3 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
The offer is higher than the $120 per share offer LVMH first approached Tiffany with last month.
