The Buckle (NYSE: BKE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $203.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $201.93 million.
Comparable store net sales for the 13-week period ended August 3, 2019 increased 1.8 percent from comparable store net sales for the prior year 13-week period ended August 4, 2018. Online sales increased 9.2 percent to $23.1 million for the 13-week period ended August 3, 2019, compared to net sales of $21.2 million for the 13-week period ended August 4, 2018.
