Nomad Foods Appoints Stuart MacFarlane to its Board of Directors

FELTHAM, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Nomad Foods Limited (NYSE: NOMD), today announced that it has appointed Stuart MacFarlane to its Board of Directors.

Mr. MacFarlane served as Anheuser-Busch InBev’s (“ABInBev”) President of Europe & Middle East from 2014 to 2019. He has held various senior roles at ABInBev throughout the course of his nearly 30-year career including finance, marketing, sales and Managing Director of Ireland. He was appointed President of ABInBev UK & Ireland in 2008 and in 2012 became a member of the Executive Board of Management, serving as President of Central & Eastern Europe. Mr. MacFarlane currently serves as a director and member of the Corporate Governance Committee of Anadolu EFES, a brewer company, and had previously served as director of ABI-EFES Russia & Ukraine, a joint venture of Anadolu EFES and ABInBev. He has a degree in Business Studies from Sheffield University in the UK and is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.
