Calamp Corp. (NASDAQ: CAMP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $84.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $88.58 million.

GUIDANCE:

Calamp Corp. sees Q1 2020 EPS of $0.06-$0.12, versus the consensus of $0.25. Calamp Corp. sees Q1 2020 revenue of $84-89.5 million, versus the consensus of $90.9 million.

Full Year Fiscal 2020 Outlook

For fiscal 2020 as a whole, we expect Software and Subscription Services revenue to increase to approximately $120.0 million and represent more than 30% of consolidated revenue. We expect Telematics Systems revenue to decline between $25 and $30 million, due primarily to product revenuelost in consolidation with the acquisition of three former customers as well as the transition of certain MRM product lines to a subscription based revenue recognition model. Also included in this outlook is the ongoing secular decline in legacy product revenue. Additionally, we expect our Adjusted EBITDA in fiscal 2020 to be greater than the Adjusted EBITDA recorded in Fiscal 201
