South State Corp. (NASDAQ: SSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.
The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2019.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
