Newmarket (NYSE: NEU) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.75 per share, or $7 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
