Celanese Corp. (NYSE: CE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, or $2.48 annualized. This is a 14.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on May 9, 2019, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2019.
