RBC Capital analyst Ross MacMillan reiterated a Sector Perform rating and $55.00 price target on Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) but said they see an upside bias to numbers for Q3.
"We see a bias of upside to F3Q19 estimates/ guidance given conservative estimates that imply a step-down in CC 2-year stack growth rates, an increase in support pricing starting 1/1/19 (a material contributor to earnings power) and a likely higher buyback than we are modeling," MacMillan commented.
