Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on June 28, 2019, to stockholders of record on June 14, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.
