National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share, or $4.2 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.00.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2019, to stockholders of record on March 29, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
