Fortis (NYSE: FTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 17, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
