Charles River Laboratories (NYSE: CRL) reported Q4 EPS of $1.49, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $1.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $601.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $590.75 million.
James C. Foster, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, said, “We believe our strong financial performance in 2018 and outlook for 2019 reflect continuing robust industry fundamentals and the benefit of actions we have taken to enhance our position as the leading early-stage CRO.
