Monmouth Real Estate (NYSE: MNR) reported Q4 EPS of $0.10, versus $0.00 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $31.46 million.
Michael P. Landy, President and CEO, commented on the results for the fiscal year 2018, "Fiscal 2018 was a very productive year for Monmouth.
