Stellus Capital Investment (SCM) Tops Q3 EPS by 5c

Stellus Capital Investment (NYSE: SCM) reported Q3 EPS of $0.39, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $14.48 million versus the consensus estimate of $13.46 million.

"We had a strong third quarter, generating core net investment income of $0.39 per share and a realized gain of $0.17 per share. In addition, net asset value increased $0.22 per share to $14.29," said Robert T. Ladd, Chief Executive Officer of Stellus Capital.
