MINDBODY (MB) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c, Offers Q4 Guidance

MINDBODY (NASDAQ: MB) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.97 million.

GUIDANCE:

MINDBODY sees Q4 2018 revenue of $65-67 million, versus the consensus of $68.1 million.

Non-GAAP net loss for the fourth quarter of 2018 in the range of $(5.0) million to $(3.5) million and weighted average shares outstanding for the fourth quarter of approximately 47.9 million shares.
