CBRE Group (CBRE) Tops Q3 EPS by 4c

CBRE Group (NYSE: CBRE) reported Q3 EPS of $0.79, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.15 billion.

GUIDANCE:

CBRE Group sees FY2018 EPS at the high end of its guidance $3.10-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.17.
