Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q3 EPS of $0.53, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $223 million versus the consensus estimate of $222.07 million.
Board of Directors has authorized a $80 million share repurchase program indicating confidence in the business.
GUIDANCE:
Criteo sees Q4 2018 revenue of $256-262 million, versus the consensus of $267.3 million.
