Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10.

Guidance:

Following the successful execution of its leasing efforts and the strength of its Core Portfolio performance to date, the Company expects same property net operating income growth of 3% to 5% for the fourth quarter and has updated its annual 2018 guidance of FFO per share to $1.36 to $1.40
