RPC Inc (RES) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 2.9% Yield

RPC Inc (NYSE: RES) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 9, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 8, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.

"The decision of our Board of Directors to continue our regular quarterly dividend and declare a third consecutive special year-end dividend represents a tangible way to reward our shareholders for their long-term interest in our company," stated Richard A. Hubbell, RPC's President and Chief Executive Officer.
