Criteo (CRTO) Tops Q2 EPS by 16c; Guides Q3 Revenue Below the Street

Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q2 EPS of $0.53, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter ex-TAC came in at $230 million versus the consensus estimate of $228.75 million.
GUIDANCE:
Criteo sees Q3 2018 revenue ex-TAC of $218-223 million, versus the consensus of $243.6 million.
For the year, they now expect Revenue ex-TAC for fiscal year 2018 to grow between -1% and +1% at constant currency. In addition, they are raising Adjusted EBITDA margin outlook for fiscal year 2018 to between 30% and 32% of Revenue ex-TAC.
