STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Synchrony Financial (NYSE: SYF) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock, payable on August 16, 2018 to holders of record at the close of business on August 6, 2018.
