Dover Corporation: Dover Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

DOVER DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., MAY 4, 2018 - The Board of Directors of Dover (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 (forty-seven cents) per share, payable on June 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2018.
