Unum Group (UNM) Misses Q1 EPS by 1c, Beat on Revenues

Unum Group (NYSE: UNM) reported Q1 EPS of $1.24, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.88 billion.

Outlook

The Company continues to expect after-tax adjusted operating income growth per share for full-year 2018 to be within the range of 17 percent to 23 percent.
