Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) reported Q4 FFO of $0.42, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.34 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.34 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Host Hotels & Resorts sees FY2018 FFO of $1.60-$1.70, versus the consensus of $1.66.
