Realty Income (O) Misses Q4 EPS by 10c, Slight Miss on Revenues

Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q4 EPS of $0.22, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $310.65 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.94 million.

• Net income per share was $1.10
• AFFO per share increased 6.3% to $3.06, compared to 2016
• Invested $1.52 billion in 303 new properties and properties under development or expansion
• Dividends paid per common share increased 5.6%, compared to 2016

For the quarter ended December 31, 2017:

• Net income per share was $0.22
• AFFO per share was $0.76
• Invested $562.6 million in 130 new properties and properties under development or expansion
