National Health Investors (NHI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.3% to $1; 6.2% Yield

National Health Investors (NYSE: NHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $1 per share, or $4 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.95.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.
