Summit Materials (NYSE: SUM) reported Q4 EPS of $0.43, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $440.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $446.54 million.
Financial Guidance / Outlook
For the full-year 2018, the Company is introducing Adjusted EBITDA guidance in a range of $490 million to $510 million. This guidance range includes the impact of all three acquisitions that have been completed on a year-to-date 2018 basis. No additional potential acquisitions are included within the Company’s full-year 2018 Adjusted EBITDA guidance.
For the full-year 2018, the Company is introducing capital expenditure guidance in a range of $210 million to $225 million. The Company estimates approximately 46% of 2018 capital expenditures will be directed toward investments in organic growth and development, up from 28% in 2017.
