WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Terex Corporation (NYSE: TEX) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The new quarterly cash dividend is an increase of 25% over the 2017 quarterly dividend amount. The dividend is to be paid on March 19, 2018 to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2018.
