Credit Suisse (CS) Said to Consider Redemption of Volatility ETN XIV (XIV) - Bloomberg

Credit Suisse (NYSE: CS) is considering buying back its exchanged-traded note, VelocityShares Daily Inverse (NASDAQ: XIV), which plunged 80% after-hours yesterday, according to Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the situation.
The bank said earlier it has not suffered any trading losses related to the ETN.
XIV is currently halted.
