NASDAQ (NDAQ) Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend; 1.9% Yield

NASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2018, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of March 15, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
