Easterly Government Properties (NYSE: DEA) reported Q3 EPS of $0.02, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.86 million versus the consensus estimate of $33.92 million.

GUIDANCE:

Easterly Government Properties sees FY2017 EPS of $0.10-$0.13, versus the consensus of $0.13.

Easterly Government Properties sees FY2018 EPS of $0.23-$0.27, versus the consensus of $0.21.
