CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 32 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable on Dec. 7, 2017, to shareholders of record on Nov. 16, 2017.
This is ADM’s 344th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 86 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 30, 2017, there were 559,212,481 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
