Honda Motor (NYSE: HMC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.86. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion, versus $0 reported last year.

Honda's consolidated profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent for the fiscal second quarter ended September 30, 2017 totaled JPY 174.0 billion (USD 1,544 million), a decrease of 1.7% from the same period last year. Earnings per share attributable to owners of the parent for the quarter amounted to JPY 96.55 (USD 0.86), a decrease of JPY 1.71 (USD 0.02) from JPY 98.26 for the corresponding period last year.
