Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q3 EPS of $0.65, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue ex-TAC for the quarter came in at $230.12 million versus the consensus estimate of $230.12 million.
GUIDANCE:
Q4
Criteo sees Q4 2017 revenue ex-TAC of $260-263 million, versus the consensus of $285.25 million. Expect Q4 Adjusted EBITDA to be between $106 million and $109 million.
FY17
- We are adjusting our guidance to reflect the impact from ITP in the fourth quarter and now expect Revenue ex-TAC growth for fiscal year 2017 to be between 26% and 27% at constant currency.
- We are increasing our guidance for Adjusted EBITDA margin improvement for fiscal 2017 to between 100 basis points and 120 basis points.
