Sabre (SABR) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c, Beat on Revenues; FY17 EPS/Revenue Mid-Point Guidance Above Consensus

Sabre (NASDAQ: SABR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.31, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $900.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $884.05 million.

Sabre reports third quarter 2017 results

  • Third quarter revenue increased 7.3%
  • Airline and Hospitality Solutions revenue grew 4.8%
  • Travel Network revenue rose 8.6%, with bookings growth of 3.2%
  • Net income attributable to common stockholders increased 122.9% to $91.0
  • million and diluted net income attributable to common stockholders per share
  • (EPS) increased 135.7% to $0.33 partially due to an insurance settlement
  • Adjusted EBITDA grew 10.5% to $26
  • 2.9 million and Adjusted EPS grew 14.8% to $0.31
  • Full year 2017 guidance reiterated

GUIDANCE:

Sabre sees FY2017 EPS of $1.31-$1.45, versus the consensus of $1.35. Sabre sees FY2017 revenue of $3.54-3.62 billion, versus the consensus of $3.57 billion.
