Avnet (AVT) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c, Offers Q2 and FY Guidance

Avnet (NYSE: AVT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.34 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Avnet sees Q2 2018 EPS of $0.67-$0.77, versus the consensus of $0.73. Avnet sees Q2 2018 revenue of $4.25-4.55 billion, versus the consensus of $4.29 billion.

Avnet sees FY2018 EPS of $3.10-$3.60, versus the consensus of $3.28. Avnet sees FY2018 revenue of $18.1-18.5 billion, versus the consensus of $17.57 billion.
