First Industrial Realty (NYSE: FR) reported Q3 EPS of $0.36, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $99.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $98.5 million.

GUIDANCE:

First Industrial Realty sees FY2017 EPS of $1.26-$1.30, versus the consensus of $0.83.
