Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.63.

The dividend will be payable on August 15, 2017, to stockholders of record on August 1, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of July 28, 2017.
