Trinity Industries (NYSE: TRN) reported Q2 EPS of $0.33, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $905.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $923.57 million.

Anticipates full year 2017 earnings per common diluted share of between $1.10 and $1.30 compared to its previous full year 2017 earnings guidance of between $1.00 and $1.25 per share
