Blue Apron (NYSE: APRN) set its IPO price at $10 to $11 per share. The offering price was set for $15 to $17 per share previously. The company is still offering 30 million shares.
The cut to the IPO price for the meal delivery company is due to weak demand for the new issue after Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) announced recently that it would acquire Whole Foods (NYSE: WFM).
