ATLANTA, June 27, 2017 - The Board of Directors ("Board") of Acuity Brands, Inc. (NYSE: AYI; "Company") today declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share.  The dividend is payable on August 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on July 18, 2017.
