Odeon Capital analyst Jahanara Nissar, who had previously identified GlobalStar (NYSE: GSAT) as a takeover target amid the intense bidding war for Straight Path, told StreetInsider.com that she sees the following companies as potential suitors for the company and its spectrum assets:
- Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL)
- Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT)
- Facebook (NASDAQ: FB)
- Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN)
- AT&T (NYSE: T)
- Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ)
- Altice
Nissar's comments follow reports from Bloomberg that GlobalStar is working with financial advisers on a potential sale.
