Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.46 compared to analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $210 million versus the consensus estimate of $204.55 million.
GUIDANCE:
Criteo sees Q2 2017 revenue of $209-213 million, versus the consensus of $211.1 million.
- We expect Adjusted EBITDA to be between $44 million and $48 million.
Fiscal Year 2017 Guidance:
- Revenue ex-TAC growth to be between 28% and 31% at constant currency.
- Adjusted EBITDA margin as a percentage of Revenue ex-TAC to increase between 0 basis points and 50 basis points.
